Beginning April 2014 Windows XP Ends

After accompanying computer users worldwide, Microsoft said it will eventually completely stop its support for the Windows XP operating system in 2014.

This means that Windows XP two years certainly would be completely finished. This is done as part of the software giant's life cycle policy of the operating system.

"In 2002 Microsoft introduced a Lifecycle policy system operations based on customer feedback to have the transparency and credibility of the support for Microsoft products," Microsoft wrote in its official site.

According to this policy, Windows XP and Office 2003 products, received the support of at least 10 years (5 years Mainstream support and five years of Extended support). So that Microsoft would actually stop support on 8 April 2014.

After the 8th of April 2014, there will be no new security updates, non-security hot fixes, and other online support either a paid or free.

Microsoft would not want to force users to use the desktop version of Windows, the recommended is Windows 7 and Office 2010. Because Microsoft no longer guarantee the security in XP.
